In honor of the festive season, I have done up my page with snow. But even this simple bit of javascript programming can be fraught with peril.
So, to avoid anymore confusion, I present the Windows 10 Commandments:
I: Thou shalt not use up more RAM than thou has.
II: If thou should crash, redemption can be found by switching to Linux.
III: Thou shalt not mess around in MS-DOS prompt.
IV: Thou shalt not put up with spam. Thou shalt blow the living binary out of it with a filter.
V: Thou shalt not type binary into wordpad, for it makes one look like an idiot.
VI: Thy holy Pentium shalt be kept sheltered from malevolent demons, like viruses and microwaves.
VII: Thy SETI@Home screen saver shalt not work the other way round.
VIII: Before downloading, make sure thou has appropriate hard drive space.
IX: Thine holy sanctum of sacred objects known as eBay shalt not be entered into lightly.
X: Thou shalt not use holy repository of all knowledge, known as Google, to search for ones name, for that only works when you are really (in)famous.
